Not your garden variety South African family business, this award winning company was started by Tammy’s parents, Wally and Debbie Fry, over 20 years ago. What started as a search to find protein alternatives for their own consumption has today turned into a business which makes thousands of tons of vegetarian products per year, and employs over 250 people.
Tammy epitomizes health and wellness and has a passion for Karate, having achieved 4th Dan status and has been part of the South African National Karate Team for over ten years.
